By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. (Subject to change at anytime.)

Even though I mainly make SFW art, I do make NSFW and I am willing to do either. HOWEVER, if you try to pull some fetish mining on me I will block and blacklist you.

Any potential client known to participate in NFTs, which includes selling, buying, or minting NFTs, are automatically blacklisted.

You may not use, sell, or mint any commissioned work as an NFT or use it for anything relating to blockchain technology.

Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Please provide a visual reference (even an MS Paint drawing will suffice) when commissioning me.

If the commission is for something SFW then please send a SFW ref. If the commission is for something NSFW then it is okay to send a NSFW ref.

Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties.

You must be 18+ to commission me.

Failure to abide these terms may result in cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting.

I have the right to turn down any commission request and am not required to give a reason.

Work will only begin once full payment has been received.

I accept Paypal, Venmo, and kofi USD when it comes to sfw pieces. I am looking for alternative places of payment options when it comes to taking non-sfw pieces. I do not take e-checks, however I only will take such from those I personally know. Once I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice for payment.

Payment plans may be discussed on commissions that are $200 or higher.

Refunds may only be requested 30 days after the client has paid. I will not refund a commission that has been started on already. E.g. Sketch has already been sent.

I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, if the cancellation is initiated by me the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

I will inform you of the status of the commission and will try my best to keep you up to date on how it is going.

I will send WIPs at the sketch and coloring stages. Other WIPs may be provided upon request. I will only make a max of 3 free edits (within reason) to the commission after the sketch is approved.

Requesting large changes that were not present on the ref/information provided beforehand and/or may require me to redo all/part of a commission may be declined, or cost an additional charge.

You may post the commissioned artwork and are always required to credit me.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may not edit my artwork in any way UNLESS you have personally asked my permission.

You may not use my artwork commercially or resell it.

All commissions will have my signature on it, mainly in the corners. Please do not edit out my signature.

I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions.

When you buy an adopt from me and you post them to sites such as Toyhouse or if you draw them for the first time and post said piece on sites such as DA, FA, twitter, tumblr, Toyhouse, etc please credit me as the creator/designer of the adopt.

When you purchase an adopt from me you can do general changes be it name, gender (please be respectful), sexuality, age (as long as they are still an adult), and minor design changes.

You can expand on their species or slightly change what species they are.

You can expand on their backstory or change it.

First come, first serve. Most of the time I will not hold an adopt design, but I will make exceptions.

Payment is due within 24 hours. The 24 hours rule will only start once I comment back to you asking for your paypal address so then I can send you an invoice.

If the payment is not given within 24 hours the design will then be reopened for purchase.

If you are offering a trade, I may decline trading the character for various reasons. There are certain adopts I am willing to trade but I prefer selling my designs.

You cannot sell an adopt for more than you paid for them. Unless that character has multiple art pieces to them. Be it art you drew of them to art from others. Then you can sell them for more than you bought them for.

Do NOT use them for bigotry and/or fetishization of minority groups.

Do NOT add/use for the glorification/fetishization of rape, incest, pedophilia, zooaphilia and/or zoosadism.

It is one thing to use my designs to explore heavy topics as I am someone who does understand that these have a place in works HOWEVER that is different than what I described above. Do not twist my words and intentions.

Whether they talk, communicate through telepathy, communicate through sign language, or communicate through human gestures.). Also it has to look like a monster, something akin to something that cannot really be found irl.
